WORST HOTEL IN NASHIK

WORST HOTEL IN NASHIK 1) It is shown as 4 star hotel on online websites, but in real its a 3 star 2) They call themselves luxury business hotel, but there is nothing luxury about them and their attitude 3) A 3 star hotel with their website which does not even allow direct booking, you have to initiate your request and they will contact back 4) The e-mail ID's mentioned on the website are NO RESPONSE ZONE. They just don't care 5) Breakfast - Hair found in Vada, reported this to the staff. Staff reacted as if its ok 9maybe as per their standards its ok). They were not apologetic and not even had hospitality to say sorry. They kept smiling 6) Cockroach found 2 times in room (Pics attached) 7) During check-in I handed over Ice packs and asked it to be kept in Freezer so that we can take it at check-out to preserve something on way back to home. During Check-out nobody had a clue where the ice packs are and when found they were not frozen but just refrigerated. This damaged the product during my 5-6 hours travel back home. Loss of Rs. 650 for me which they never compensated 8) Overall the service during my stay was so slow, for everything from water to plates to any task, it took at least 20-30 minutes Hospitality - ZERO Customer Service - ZERO DECIDE ON YOUR OWN AND DON'T GET LURED BY THE POSITIVE RATINGS ON WEBSITES. There is a dark side to these +ve ratings online

Poorest service. Even after requesting basic toiletries and towels before booking , we didn’t receive. When phoned the receptionist in the morning, no one was answering. When gone down to reception, the staff was sleeping and had his music playing on his phone. When we complained to him, started shouting and kept saying the items has to be requested. Breakfast wasn’t ready for 7.30am. I found most staff very rude and unresponsive. I would never stay at this hotel again

A beautiful property but needs to improve on their services and hospitality. The property is good. Rooms are well spacious with almost all modern amenities you can ask for however it's not well taken care of. Staff seems lost causing difficulty to guests. No exhaust in washroom makes it difficult for anyone sharing room. Had to call staff multiple times even for smallest thing. Wifi wasn't working. The whole room has pretty good lighting except washrooms.

We visited Nashik for an athletics meet and were there with our kids (athletes- participants). I must say our requirements (getting boiled eggs and fruits to our room way before the breakfast time, at night they would have to shift our car near the lobby as we had to leave early in the morning, buying medicines or safety pins etc) were a little challenging but the staff and management were prompt to fulfill them and didn't say a no for anything. Special thanks and mention for Mr. Arvind, who took care of all the details. The food quality and spread is very good, service is brilliant, staff is always smiling. Kids enjoyed their pool time and the games they provide in the game zone. Overall its a very nice, neat and clean hotel with good food, good hygiene and gives an overall experience for a family stay or corporate stay or a group vacation. Excellent accommodations and very courteous service in all parts of the hotel. Both management and the staff were attentive to our needs.. location is also good. Good in the restaurant was fresh and tasty.
